June thru October: Usually Class III

A special note on water level
Even if we have a dry season, we can be assured of good, Class III rafting water with the regularly scheduled dam release.

Accomodations
Lodging can be secured at our base camp when you make reservations for your trip or we can meet you in a central location in Lake Placid, or we can reccomend lodging in the Indian Lake area.

Liability
Although Middle Earth Expeditions spares no effort to assure a safe trip, it must be understood that there is an inherent danger in any wilderness trip and some factors are beyond our control. For this reason, Middle Earth Expeditions assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property and each participant is required to sign an assumption of risk and liability release form before departing. We reserve the right to reschedule or reroute trips when river or mountain conditions are extreme.
